Overview:

Medical grade stainless steel capillary tubes are ultra-precise, thin-walled welded tubes which are mostly manufactured for minimally invasive surgical instruments, implants, and diagnostic devices. Stainless steel high precision capillary tubes play an important role in the procedures like biopsies, fluid management, laser therapy, and instrument guidance. These medical capillary tubes are mostly made by SUS304 material, as this material has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, good ductility, excellent formability and weldability. Stainless steel capillary tubes are manufactured by stainless steel strips through laser thermal fusion welding, and then processed by cold drawn into required sizes for some times, then annealed, and cleaned, cut to finished capillary tubes. Our company is an ISO13485-certified manufacturer and we can provide capillary tubes from typically 0.15mm to 4mm or other customized sizes. All of our stainless steel capillary tubes have tight tolerances of sizes and pass the strict inspection.
